Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery . If 30 days have gone by since your Delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received with the original bag and/or tag intact
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange send us an email using the Contact Us page and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have received your item, and confirmed your receipt.
